I resonate with this comment so much. Like the empress,for example, literally a victim to her husband's ego and need for more power. I didn't like her but I didn't hate her. In the end she was affected by that curse.
The men in this (except our beloved Anakin) are truly like curses to the women. The urge to throttle them every time they act like they could just "change" the women's mind and downright disrespect their opinion is just disgusting.
Ngl, it vaguely reminds me of how men marry women who clearly say they don't want a child but they think after marriage she'll change her mind. Like, stfu let them keep their stances regardless of whether it's abt having children or not.
