A beautiful bittersweet mistake but also not

I had read this wonderfully masterful craft of a book a while ago, and I decided to pick it back up recently. The story had me on twists and turns and always on my toes but wanting to see the end, despite knowing it would make me cry. And cry I did, balled my eyes like I was a child again who learned very quickly that my dad would not live long (still alive btw).

My bittersweet moment and mistake was getting to the last chapter, and deciding to listen to "When Tomorrow Starts Without Me" by Tom O'Bedlam, and then I cry again like I had when I first finished this book, because hearing that poem and reading the final panels made the sadness but love feel all the more stronger ( ̄∇ ̄")
