so i just skimmed up to v13 and if you want some spoilers:

although i'm not sure if sol will be end game or if isaac will revive: sol is getting less screen time though he's now a fully devoted simp when he appears (v13ish he gets a lot more screen time again; almost on par with yomi's) and there miiiiight be hope for isaac. nothing mentions he's got any chance of returning but that chanou or w/e (sorry i been reading his katakana name and i'm fucked now) the police dude ends up 'dying' from that stabbing but they like manage to transfer his soul into an item and he's kinda hoping he might eventually get a body (but this is revealed later after a lot of guilting....v13). so like mb isaac has hope tooooo? i'd hope the pope would move to save his ass but then again police boy might have been found while on the verge of death but still alive and thus it was possible?? I JUST WANT ISAAC BACK, MAN. ANYWAYS

next volume is that older perverted dude saves her with his merry band of ninjas and she's got ptsd and utterly crushed and angry over isaacs death. she lost sight or something in one eye and hasa scar there. lots of meddling by the clown squad. konoha unlocks some magical heart wand w/ iana's help (indirectly because ianas in hiding since shes condemned now). side chara man n his lil bro who falls for iana n clown squad murders the little bro (v12ish). lots of good scenes in v10 with the older pervy guy taking care of iana.

yomi returnsssssss. he used the chick for her money/power or something anyways she's gone and he's like i'm back iana bbe and proceeds to have that ship worthy relationship again (but isaac still besto boi). iana struggling with the fact everyone she loves dies and that in the story she wrote yomi dies for her as he realizes he's always loved konoha. she's v conflicted and clown squad tells him he's destined to love someone else but he's like nah iana's my girl.

konoha's man mr hero boy ml gets a back story and a lot of psychosis. was iana's fiance first. they developed the feels for each other but while that was going on she was being made to work as a maid in his beloved granny's mansion to prove herself -grannys a strong warrior type but old and ailing- granny tells him they're not a good fit. then some assassin tries to kill granny n iana smacks them down....but while they're foolishly chatting about hero boi the assassin gets up and deals a death blow to granny n takes off (but granny lands a lethal blow too). assassin sets the mansion on fire n crawls out to tell hero boi that iana murdered his granny and so iana goes along w/ it to keep his dumb ass from running into the flames. so now he's stuck on her being a villain saying he always knew etcetc and spirals. (which is like lol what he was acting like he cared a few volumes back.)

konoha (weakly) & sol (strongly) just defending iana the entire time as hero boy, the pope, and the world bash iana. something about a demon lord that she never wrote and that's the reason clown squad was fucking everything up to make konoha awaken her powers and save the world. iana goes in disguise as the robe wearing strong new ally "hentai mask" and joins konoha's crew again w/ yomis help. clown squad and her end up coming to an agreement where she reveals herself to be the demon lord in some town square putting on a giant performance to lure konoha's squad. (thus pope and populace hate her.....hero boi just hates her more.) ....this is kind of in jumbled order but there's the jist of the next 4 volumes.

it doesn't seem as strongly that authors pushing sol but it also still feels like that's going to be the canon. but on the plus side iana never stops thinking about isaac and trying to avenge him. there's a sad chapter where she was thinking about what they'd be doing at that moment if he was alive.
