I mean the idea of it was from sex pistols and i think the very first that came out was a dj (the manga was attack on titan i think)

Well, if you're asking where the idea for it came from, the earliest account I know of is Aldous Huxley's Brave New World, which came out in 1932. However, it is not called omegaverse, and there are five castes - alpha, beta, gamma, delta and epsilon, in that order - but they have the general characteristics used now, meaning alphas are intelligent, attractive, the top of the social scale, and betas are just below them. Later in the 70s the terms alpha, beta and omega were used by ethologists to describe animal behaviour, in particular with primates and wolves (although I've heard something about the wolf thing being refuted).
However, if you’re asking about the first manga to feature it, I’m afraid I have no clue.

I think omegaverse fanfic originated in Supernatural fandom..

I was thinking that maybe it was from Sex Pistols but most manga that said that it was in the omegaverse said that it had originated from the USA and Canada area. @A. P. I will try reading Brave New World

Oh, um, you could try, but it's not exactly a "fun read". It's a dystopian novel, it's somewhat similar to George Orwell's works, so expect very bleak and, truthfully, kinda boring. Also, a lot of Shakespeare references, so definitely not to everyone's taste.
