That'd make more sense with how absolutely atrocious the ending was.
I just read this, and I'm thinking the same thing. The pacing for this was so good, and then everything was glossed over right when they had the empress dowager on the ropes. this doesn't make any sense.
I had this marked as completed for 121 chapters (source mangaupdates; in the past) and I came back to check on this manhwa and it's only completed at 69 chapters?! Did something happen with the artist?
