I’ve one BIG issue with sports mangas. They never continue on past their HS career!! We all wanna see these chars make it past this chapter of their lives and achieve their big dreams by making it international. The pacing hurts these mangas the most. They spend so many chapters on either just a year or in some cases three of their development. It’s not nearly enough. I get frustrated with how dragged out the matches become, they could def shorten it by a lot and instead give us a longer career span. I soo badly wanted to see so many of my fav sports protagonists make it big in their careers but unfortunately it all seems to be only ever about their time in HS
