Seriously though sometimes the shittiest ones are like above 9 and the ones that actually are good are on lower ratings..that's why I started reading comments first instead of seeing the ratings

Just looking through lists and i wonder why japanese manga are always rated below 9 like 8.2 or 8.4 even if the stories are good.
