Pecks are not censored at all~~ the only thing censored should be the scene of them doing the deed at the end of the novel. (IIRC)
And yess I think the first website (the uncensored one) may be mtl. The second one has a better translation and its easier to read. I do recommend reading on the censored one first for the better translation and then go to the uncensored one for the uncensored scene if you would like to read them.

HAHAHA yeaa since it's a manhwa, a picture, so it somehow it was not allowed to be so explicit. But they have pecks and kisses and didn't censor them in novel~ I think the standard may have been a bit different for novels since it's words are not as explicit as a drawing? I don't know much about chinese policies tho
Im pretty sure last year the Chinese government got even stricter and authors had to take down novel temporary from official websites to edit out smut then reuploded them and it caused problems with already published books like Heaven's official blessing (translated to eng and published by seven seas)
