my exact thoughts as soon as the chapter ended my first thought was 'well that went better than i expected' lol. i thought he'd go fanatic and probably like hit dan but ig the author finally got some senses TT

That was honestly better than I thought it'd be, jk was calmer than i expected. It kinda makes sense why he's suspicious, Jk has rejected Dan so much and been so vile to him, why wouldn't Dan want to throw him under the bus? Cus that's what Dan should be doing but he's not which is confusing to jk - he knows he deserves to be screwed over.
Kind of being sarcastic but it does make sense
