It''s a historical manga, idk if the girl was Isekai'd or reincarnated but she's in an otome game and she's the villaness, also she has tan skin I think. The story starts off with her being like a kid, and she studies magic when she's like super young so she's like a prodigy. uhhh and also the crown prince, who's like one of the main targets of the game is in love with her. And also the girl is hellbent on becoming the 'best villaness' and always says it. Also when the hero(the 'Mc' of the otome game) arrives almost everyone (except for crown prince, mc, and one of mc's brothers) is hypnotized by her and believe she can do no wrong and believe she's like a god. Also the mc secretly helps out a poor village with her magic and sacrifices her eye for someone she's close to. Please lmk if you know the title of this manga!!
