You could make lists and kinda sort them by whatever category there should be an add to list button somehwere on the manga’s page. To find the latest updated (for all mangas) the should be a latest updated section on the left side of you screen (on desktop mode) or under the featured mangas (on the phone mode or wtv) for the manga ur reading specifically you can look at ur history and it’ll have all the manga’s u’ve read in the last 2 weeks and it’ll say next to the title if a new chapter was uploded on that manga or you can always check ur notification tab.
