Cats are not dogs

Cute and all, but a cat wagging their tail means they’re annoyed. A straight tail with curvy tip means happiness.

Not all the time. I find that when they wag it fast then yes, but if it's slow, they are happy and content.

Nope, if they’re curling and uncurling their tip then yes, but only tip. Otherwise they’re annoyed, frustrated and if those wags are slow, then they’re scoping around, getting ready to pounce.

"Yes, cats wag their tails when they are happy; whether as a warm greeting because they are pleased you are home or they are enjoying the attention of being stroked. A happy wag of the tail is more likely to be slow and calm, with the tail held high in the air to signal confidence and contentment. "

That’s literally what I said. Tail held high- aka straight with slight wags. Not actual full blown wags.
