Haru really eating the kingdom up w the deductive reasoning on the nuance in royalty. I think Haru is still playing to his strengths lowkey. He knows people think of him highly and that he’s “uncultured” here so he may hold more favor to the kingdom while N holds favor in (knowledge of) experience and w the current king.
I agree he is kinda pushing N a little too hard but if Haru decided to use that same reasoning to say how weird the full blood prince is and have him lose favor I can really see N changing/modernizing the kingdom. He’s already proven himself by showing the kingdom how he saved the other wererabbits. He technically completed his original mission (finding the moon rabbit) where his brother lied to be king. The only strike against him by their own rules is Haru has yet to be pregnant.
Plus if Haru really doesn’t want to, all he has to do is bite
