The mangaka seems to make the Manga a little sad but she didn't put any 'Bam' like scene so it seems the Manga continues from sad to sad, so it is quite boring, but I really like the story even though it has some boring parts.
And the seme not thinking about his uke, I think that's quite wrong. The seme loves his uke so much he can't help but follow his every move that's why he keeps on telling him not to move because he keeps on getting distracted, that's why he calls himself amateur.

Really? I've never taken it that way, but that could just be me. The photographer said some mean things, but it was to other people specifically to prevent them from pressing an issue with the florist that he's *really* not comfortable with. That the florist overheard and took them to heart was accidental. And every time the photographer actually spoke *to* the florist it was praise or thanks.

He's said that he has PTSD, hates crowds, and can't handle cameras. Yet he's dealing with all of them for his lover. The production people, however, don't know that and are considering trying to recruit the florist. I always felt that conversation was meant to convince them it was a bad idea without telling secrets.

That's how I saw it too. Inferiority and persecution complexes often go hand in hand with PTSD. A feeling of weakness and being vulnerable that you can't control will make a person feel as though the world is looking down on them. I understand why the uke's feelings spun into such negative places because I have it too. Having someone like the seme, whom you can rely on to always have your back and keep you feeling safe, is a godsend for someone with PTSD. The seme also had to be strict at work. If he had shown favoritism to the uke, a lot of questions would have been asked and the "star" might have been pissed. Thus, the seme would have been given a bad review and possibly not been offered jobs by that company again.

thank you both for putting these thoughts to words, that's roughly how I read it too- if only the story had been a bit longer

The only thing that bugged me was that the uke never brought up exactly what was said. He just kept asking "was I a help" which didn't really address what was said. I felt like if he'd just said, "Hey, I'm worried cause you said <this>, what's up with that?" And the seme had said, "I'm just trying to discourage them so they don't push for you to model when you REALLY don't want to...," I think it would have worked a LOT better and felt like it wasn't just the uke trying to justify everything in his head (and failing, based on what he said in his head).

I *can* see that the seme was likely saying that to keep them from pushing, but from the uke's PoV that wasn't entirely clear and could have been cleared up (and made the manga feel more "finished") if they'd just had that short exchange.

Lack of communication, proper communication, seems to be an old stand by for plot conflicts in many stories whether they are novels, movies, TV dramas or manga. Even real life has its moments where, if people just said the right thing at the right time, the outcome of a situation could have been vastly different. Mangaka seem to rely on it quite heavily. In the case of this manga, the lack of communication not only created plot conflict, it left the story feeling unfinished, since the conflict that the lack if communication created was never clearly resolved. It left a huge plot hole.
