I know what you mean. He realizes that the guy is really fucked up but to me he contradicts himself, he want to leave but at the same time he wants to stay. It's kind of confusing but I'm excited to see what happens next

I think this story portrays something closer to Lima Syndrome than Stockholm Syndrome. Lima Syndrome is the phenomenon in which an abductor develop sympathy for their captive. Sometimes even mistaking this sympathy for love.

I really like how this isn't your regular Stockholm syndrome story. Yoon Bum actually realized "hey, maybe this guys is really fucked up and I should not like him." I'm mean seriously. I don't exactly like his character that much but I really hope he somehow runs away (though considering how these kind of manwhas go... I highly doubt it.)
