Comment above is cap. Whether it hurts or not depends on your pain tolerance. My industrial hurt LIKE A MF. And it took over 6 months to completely heal. I actually sleep on my back now because it took so long to heal I couldn’t lay on my side until it was. It is 100% cute now, but if I could go back KNOWING the pain, I’d definitely not get it again.

Which is why I said it depends on the person. Go in knowing your pain tolerance first. I suggest getting a similar piercing that it only one hole, like a conch or helix, and see how you handle that. If you are okay, than you’ll be fine for the industrial!
