I think Leo (brown hair green eyes) changed it with magic after escaping from assassin, Reiner(white hair gold eyes) had disease stopping him to grow, cured and bam. El(blue hair silver eyes) his dragon bloodline didn't awaken he had black hair and eyes. Didi(blonde hair blue eyes) magic changed

is there any reason why every kid she found has different hair every time, like this universe changing hair color and eye color when they grow up?
