She never asked him and always assumed.She never told him why she never told the truth about being cursed by the witch.She may have done it to ‘protect’ his innocence. She knew he wanted to say goodbye to Daisy, that he at the very least had a friend that he Truly cared about..lShe tried I’ll give her credit there, but did she ever Listen to her son? She didn’t explain and only told (if she even did that *eye roll*)I can’t help but wonder if he was never curse would he still be unhappy. I’d believe it. A son trying to be a ‘good son’ for a sad queen/ mother
