It's not even just the blackmailing. Haruki is an abusive situation so his entire perspective is warped, his self-esteem close to nil, and poor senpai with his righteous anger just knocked him right out. I teared up when he gave his resignation letter. I really hope senpai goes after him!
I'm giving senpai a chance because it doesn't seem like he knows the depth of what Haruki is going through. I think he's thinking 'why do you just simply obey the guy?!' because he doesn't know that it's not that easy because the one blackmailing Haruki his younger brother. I want to give senpai just one chance to redeem himself since at one point, he was Haruki's anchor.
