It's a rather shitty manga with a shitty seme. The uke has a sickness but shitty seme accidentally drank the medicine (hoe thought it was a free drink and did not ask for the doctor's permission anyway). The medicine itself is not easy to make. So yeah, you got it, he has to fck the uke so the uke would still be able to receive the medicine. But seme is a playboy, btch wants to fck around.
