they did once a while back (tian kissed mo w/o consent as a joke) and again in a later chapter when mo helped tian bandage himself

If you zoom it you can see the lower part of their lips touching but it ain't still not enough ā„ļ¹ā„

Ch 140 was when jianyi and zhengxi "kissed" and ch 174-175 was when tian kissed mo for the first time
Ch 410 is when tian and mo REALLY kiss ;)
