while Letio has been taking care of Selena’s first concern, which is her family, and that gesture is sweeter
True, knowing Selena has done so much more for him than his own mother who also has an ulterior motive for looking into his whereabouts.

His priorities are Selena's top priority, her family's safety and well-being. And he works at the background, because he knows Selena will appreciate that more, more than showing off. He shows "results".
I feel like you guys are both trashing on ignus too much for my liking, like he also had a rough childhood and compared to letio, ignus has willingly tried to change for Selena and has literally tried to kill himself for her. Not to mention he literally was the one who brought the elf to heal her father
In my defense, what I said in my comment is that I just want Letio to have a happy ending he deserves, because he's been doing his best so far to help the FL, and that I hope the author won't change their mind and make Letio a complete villain in the story. And that I feel bad for him being the second lead only, because we know being heartbroken sucks, and that he only lived until now because he has Selena as his, I guess, motivation. Don't get me wrong, I looooove the FL and the prince, and I'm excited to see them together (PLEASE LET THE PRINCE KNOW SELENA'S GENDER ALREADY). I'm already seeing a happy ending for the Prince and the FL, and I'm here for it. As for me agreeing with the reply you replied to, I agreed with them saying that Letio was working to help Selena in the background as his priority, and shows up with results.
Yes, I understand that but you guys completely diminished Ignus character. Like we didn’t see the whole story that led up to the point on why he is acting like that, and your last comment looks like you’re implying (forgave me if I’m wrong) that Selena owes letio something. Don’t get me wrong I hope letio gets the happy ending he deserves but to make him seem like a sweet innocent puppy is completely downplaying his actions and character. Have a nice day
I honestly feel bad for Letio— with his background, and him being the second ML only. I'm mean, him snuggling with Selena back there is so cute tbh. I was staring at them. He looked so peaceful in this chapter. I wish him happiness and a peaceful life at the end of the story. Please don't make him a villain, author-nim. Please give him the same happiness he deserves.
