Well, he’s already decided he doesn’t wanna kill him and said he wants to keep him by his side (which he does). Besides it’s one thing if he said he wanted to snap his neck in the heat of an argument or something. This, however… when he doesn’t know Tae is ears dropping… feels too calculated and intentional. It might make Tae genuinely fear for his life and scare him into doing some stupid shit. And it’s not something Ilay wants. He wants him afraid but not in the active self-preservation mode
And I agree with the previous reply somewhat. Idk about love but dude definitely has feelings for the mc. Seeing your crush slip thru your fingers is never pleasant, and Ilay is certainly bothered by what Tay thinks of him
No I feel this is something wrong, I think Ilay likes Tay’s brother because Tay is almost instant alike as Tay’s brother to be exact that’s why Ilay wants to eat Tay’s whole up in his embrace.
