looking for a bl manga i forgot the title to

i was reading this bl manga where there is a main lead and two love interests who has beast characteristics like they have ears and stuff and the main lead is like trying to control them so he can use them in his organization or something but there is like his brother or someone who is also in the organization and doesn’t think he can do it. it’s very vague but it’s all i remember pls help if you can
