so the bottom is a psychiatrist and the top is this psycho arsonist whos come to the doctor as a patient to be treated but the top reveals that hes actually obsessed with the doctor and loves him. There are other characters involved who are very wacko and the doctor may be one o their targets thats pretty much the plot
