It's BL, i guess. All I remember is that the other guy is a mafia/yakuza and the other was working and I think a lawyer and he didn't like to work there it'slike he was forced. They're in a boat so the lawyer can't really run away. I also remember that the antagonist is a pilot and in the end he was blocked from flying internationally.
Also, not completely sure if it's a manga or manhwa.
