I don't think the kiss rejection was necessarily a proof, she was just an innocent 14 years old kid and was surprised unprepared and embarrassed, she accepted miyake's kiss because she was kinda matured a bit after went through the heartbreak, she even tried to kiss kyou but kyou rejected her, then she dated miyake, there were many moods that lead to it before miyake finally kissed her (miyake didn't immediately try to kiss her without saying anything like what kyou did), she was still surprised with miyake's kiss but she was somehow more mentally prepared with miyake than when kyou almost kissed her the first time. She didn't love kyou as a brother, loving someone as a bro wouldn't make you cry of a heartbreak when he kissed and dated another girl, she might love miyake more than kyou, but she did love kyou romantically
