I think she's trying to also bring post Ww2 attitudes to the period as well, which will hopefully lessen any warmongery culture that would lead to a Japanese empire/wouldn't be as ridiculously terrible as the Japanese empire we know
I guess with shizuko's pure idealism and ideology, the timeline would also probably change. Hopefully, the ww2 attitude will also change haha. (my country was also colonized Japan lol)
I was loving it until I realized that Japan was a MENACE in WW2 and tried to colonize bunch of countries, and what if they become unstoppable during those colonization era because of the things shizuko is improving (⊙…⊙ )
