This is only the second time she's relived this story. The other times she still had a "villain's daughter" role but it was a dif story. This story she lived it the 99th time and now the 100th time, which she is going through now.
Firstly, as the commenter above said, this is only her 2nd time in this life. She's lived 99 lives before in different worlds, with he only similarity being that she was a villain's daughter in each of them.
Secondly, while the father was obsessed over his dead wife to the point of neglecting MC, he at least didn't cause her any physical abuse or cause her to be looked down on by the servants. If the servants hated her, it was because she was forced to play the role of a villain and act evil.
Thirdly, it's hard to instantly love someone who suddenly appeared in front of you, even if that someone was your child. And even harder if that someone is a evil bully (which the FL was forced to be). A relationship cannot be formed by one party. It needs two to tango. In the past life, the father was not in the state of being able to form a relationship, whereas FL couldn't approach the father as she was forced to play a role. In this life, we can see how the father, despite still being obsessed over his wife's death, still cared for the FL after she took the first step to approach him.
Plus, FL probably saw how depressed her father truly was due to her mother's death and could kinda relate a bit (not completely as she doesn't go crazy over it)

Like, maybe I'm one traumatized mf, but shouldn't she be a bit more mad at her Father? Like, man's really obsessed over his wife's corpse and committed actions that killed him and the rest of his family, multiple times. I don't wanna say he hasn't made progress in this life time but like girl.....I'd be mad asf if someone who treated me like shit, started treating me with care only years and LIFETIMES later when I moved passed the shit they did to me. Dunno, maybe it's just how I'd react personally. ┑(￣Д ￣)┍
