Naahhhh he's just a slut. A whore and asshole. Not everything needs to be justified by mental health lol. It can't be. He's just a cheating asshole who deserves to suffer till the end of his life. His first sexual encounter was with someone older and a super sadist. Ain't no way he can be "normal" or "satisfied" (don't know if I use the right word here) with a normal relationship afterwards.
