That completely brought me to tears, I know a lot of victims including myself who have blamed themselves for being SA, groomed, or R-worded, and that one simple line “it’s not your fault” is pretty much something all of us who had gone through that experience needed to hear. I think the author did a great job at portraying not only how much the experience can affect you but also how a simple word can impact that person a lot and help them in some format.
