this is so real, I know many people go through this. It is always those who were not treated properly and raised properly to be ready for adult life. He doesn't know his rights, his boundaries and work politics and whatnot. Like even I, though I was prepared by my parents and aunt, did make mistakes. Because it is hard. Especially growing up in a world that is all about corporate, hierarchy and whatnot. But, I did not let my boss just take out his shit on me forever. I did draw boundaries and all. Worked only as much as I thought it was worth, for the money I got and for the fact I did not want to advance in that company and just leave after I find myself a new place. Dude is literally assaulting his employee and nothing is happening, like what the fuck man. And it's sadly, because he doesn;t know his rights. hhhhhh this makes me sooo maid and so sad damn
