I did checked on Mangaupdate just now,
The summary they wrote was
" Nagare Family was a happy home of three people "
I think the three parents and three children is a typo? We're not really sure
Okay, thanks. I was genuinely confused and since nobody was talking about it I got even more confused
If you translate the Raw synopsis..
They actually wrote as " a happy home of 3 children" lol so I was also confuse why the English synopsis wrote as 3 parents and 3 childrens

In the summary, it say the Nagare home has three parents and three children. I searched other sites and all their summaries say that. Are the summaries wrong? Or is the rest of the family going to show up later? Because right now I only see two parents and one child
