Then bl means just romance (no nudity)
If so, then technically the tag was misleading
yaoi means there is graphic or explicit content or visuals of two males having sex and some kind of romantic relationship
shounen-ai means there is no graphic content or visuals (but sometimes they still have sex, it's just not shown explicitly) but mostly focuses on the fluffy and/or bittersweet parts of a male/male relationship
BL (or Boys' Love) is just a general catch-all term for both yaoi and shounen-ai stories
the female versions of this are yuri, shoujo-ai, and GL (Girls' Love)
smut is when there is more sex than plot and is basically porn, also this term is used for BL, GL, and heterosexual stories.
So funny to me how people were saying the yaoi tag was 'Misleading' because they weren't fucking
