Honestly a little more morally grey then I was expecting though. I'm a very firm believer that cheating is cheating. But I tend to forgive it a little more if the marriage is arranged (like it is in this case.) Eventually they will get a divorce cause it's also heavily implied that she's also cheating on him.
He cheating, and so is the wife. So in conclusion both of them are cheating
