There's a couple ones where mc is "brought in/adopted" clearly and specifically as future in-law... and that's fortunately very different than adopted/brought in as family member and ending up with a supposedly sibling.

Nah... I honestly think it's more trauma than lack of reading comprehension (not that there isn't one in general tho). From every rofan that involves siblings and adoption... majority ends up in fauxcest (pseudo-incest). Whenever it have brother or sister in the title I need to chack comment section for spoilers on who ML is.
