Well historically it's not rare to see cousin in monarchy getting married to each other as a way to keep the power in the same bloodline , however in Britain for example because of too many malformation and mutation on newborn because of the inbreeding it was banned , In France it wasn't.
But isn't anstasha and the unborn baby like cousins or smthng? They're really going to opt for marriage??
