it was a esper comic(?) about people in an institution & the mc is a low(?) ranking psychic esper. They're put through trials where people die and the MC has survived despite being less powerful (strategically). The MC & ML meet when MC tries to run away from the institution (he stole a key card and crawled through vents i think). The main plot of the story is that ML has something wrong w/ his powers and the MC can help him via entering his dreams & talking to his powers (theres like two people??? power things & ML gets hooked to a machine and sent to sleep in efforts to help the issue) also i dont think people like psychic espers in this comic, i think the MC hid that his powers were psychic and put on a guise. The institution is this research center & the MC knew a scientist there (who's probably 6 feet under) and now i think the institution has become corrupt. Another goal of the story is to escape the building & re-enter society (i dont think there's any espers there)
