It’s rare for it to be from the point of view of the ML. This is one of two that I really like. I loved how we could see the development of bai tang, with how he went from being scared to benign the one to initiate things and was no longer afraid, being comfortable with his partner. Usually when I read stories where the mc is a bottom, their personalities don’t always seem as interesting and usually most people like stories based on if they like the ML’s personality. So when we can finally react to seeing the bottom as the love interest instead and not the ML, we can fully be interested in their personality. Bai tang’s personality is very lovable and the story did well in making readers feel how the ML wanted to treat bai tang, which was taking care of him.
