I have also seen it on various manga also i have read dozen old yaoi mangas but never come across anything like this either it's not translated manga or a art by a mangaka for novels that scanlation group pick it as their group.

Yeah I’ve always wondered about it, and I know that sometimes scanlation groups do that so I thought it wouldn’t hurt to ask since reverse image search doesn’t work when it’s attached to so many series

The guys from the scanlation group page, what manga is that from? It’s a very old manga at this point, red shirt guy with flowers standing behind a guy with glasses and what looks to be a labcoat.
