I guess someone would have to out of their way to redraw them since there really isnt one, sadly.
Redrawing in manga w/o color is already difficult. For full color manhwa, it must be much much more difficult as have to get the same color to paint it too.
Yeah I just don't see someone doing that since it will to difficult to replicate their skin tones
