I think it’s the ease of replication that’s throwing me off. Like — I would have liked It better if there was some sort of arc for development of his skills to the level of a Freddie or MJ. But if he’s getting this recognition ALREADY as a rookie? It’s just like…the main character being OP from day 1 and there’s no point in seeing a “struggle.” Because these legends are legit that good lol so it’s just a weird jump
I also feel like it’s downplaying how legendary these real people are. When I read other music mangas — or even sports; there’s this element of respect for how difficult these things are in real life and they give a more humanistic approach even if there’s magic involved. I just wasn’t expecting this story to be so…easy?
So, rather than the deed itself, it's more like the fact that he can do that even without the understanding of the depth.
I understand now, the MC definitely lack of talent and effort before the regression, now he suddenly have the talent without changing the effort he put before.
And the 'immortal' that gave him the second chance, just gave him encourage rather than power/talent.
I thought you were saying that it's impossible to have talent like those figure, that's why i was asking. I'm not downplaying how talented and great those figure is. But I believe someday or maybe these day, there are geniuses like them, but don't dare to be called as the same as them, just because how high these musician is looked up for.

I think It would have been cool to see him fail some things and realize just how difficult these talents are to acquire. And the magic is moreso the knack to pick these things up versus immediate mimicry. Just a bit of a shock to see the jump is all
I HOPE they don’t try to make it seem as if MC can easily recreate the abilities or be just as good as the “music Gods.” It’s lowkey an odd premise. In all of these years, there is not ONE singer accredited for having the star power or vocals of Michael Jackson and for classical music..Mozart and Beethoven are such geniuses that even the greats of today are not credited as being “just as good” as them. The premise is just a bit…far fetched
