There’s probably going to be a plot twist. However, it can also be that he just doesn’t care to admit it, why would he need to say anything to MC. He doesn’t care who he kills and who suffers.
I agree I don't think he cares to admit it, and if the bottom gave it away then he could lose his chance for revenge I think. I just find it suspicious that they didn't show us her death I guess and wonder if it was because we misunderstood who killed her. I overthink lol He's a psychopath either way so not like it would make it much better if he didn't kill her x.x
It may be that the author plans to do a redemption arc for ML, so they avoided showing him killing the grandma, so the readers will forget about it quicker
King is definitely laughably violent and psychopathic, but it also hasn't directly said he killed his mother has it? I can't help but be suspicious.
