Karlyle also says that he understands whats going on with him because of his rut. it would make no sense for ash to ask for consent while theyre already doing it because its obvious he's not in the right mind right now. and throughout the manwha whenever theyre having sex, karlyle is always saying no and to stop but truly he doesnt want to stop and feels embarassed, thats the type of person karlyle is and he's said that to ash many times.
