What the...is going on?

This is wrong on so many levels. The ML imprisoned the MC, r@pes him, impregnated him against his will, and then HE decides to terminate. The author doesn't make an ark of redemption, in my humble opinion, enough for what the ML does. If I hadn't read the story from the beginning, I would say this was Stockholm Syndrome.

The MC does not realize that even if he goes back, the ML will do the same things because he never met a limit (ML never thought "ok this is not somethingi would do to someone I love", it just kept getting worse). And now the MC had to escape with nowhere to go because his family won't accept him back. They used him as a tool to get notoriety and fame and a good marriage. In their eyes, they can't marry him off, and well, right now, he can't do martial arts, so they are more capable of killing him than letting him live.
And (some people will kill me for this, but...) I really don't like the idea of "it will somehow turn alright" about the pregnancy, I want a miracle or a hidden doctor or a relative that would say "if something happened then I would or could take care of the kid". Especially when the father of the baby wants to kill the baby, his family won't want to keep the baby (and will probably like to kill the baby since it would bring shame) and his sister wont be able to do much since their dad is an @sshole and controls everyone.
