Go to NU and search the show must go on and there's a complete translation of the first volume. Unfortunately they dropped it in the middle of 2nd vol.

It was actually made private because it got licensed in preparation for this manga. If you join the group's discord, they have the full translation of novel and the 1st sequel. They haven't done the 2nd sequel though.
