Since you work, may be try moving out. People over time get used to what you do for them and take you for granted. Your sister is doing that it seems. May be get a job or transfer in a new city altogether bc your family doean't seem like people you should have around. Some people make a family out of their friends you can do it too. You don't seem to be in a good head space. Start putting yourself first and start taking care of yourself bc if you don't noone else will.
Sending hugs with consent. If you save some extra money maybe you should try looking for a affordable place like bed space for rent. Don't stay with your sister if she is not grateful for what you did like taking care of her damn children. Don't endure those kind of treatment. Leave them. Work hard for yourself. You should post the story on Reddit and ask for advice, i honestly think the people on Reddit would be more helpful. Also u should find a roommate (friend, relative or online) to move out and split the cost. Worst come to worst join the military, they pay for everything. Also sometime remove yourself from a situation to clear your mind is the way to go. Your family sound lowkey toxic so maybe when you left, they understand how much you have been helping out and take care of the family.

I had a misunderstanding with my eldest sister whom I stay with
She works I work too, she complains I don't do chores at home. Meanwhile the time she worked in another state I took care of her children. I did all the chores even though I don't complain. This evening she got angry that I corrected the children from jumping on my bed. She said I was paranoid because I prefer sleeping by myself without someone's body touching mine.
She said a lot. Why I cried is cause no one is flawless, I take her excesses but she never overlook mine
She said she regrets letting me stay with her. Me her sister.
People don't really like me always the last to be chosen for things. Even my family wants me far away from them.
