I have read it all the way to chapter 102, and yourself needs to realized skylar hasnt fully healed from his traumas with minwoo. He does love cirrus, you can tell by the way he always looks at him, what he said to cirrus was a respond out of anger, cause if your ass didn't know skylar has massive anger issues, he talks with out realizing what he actually said, cirrus is also at fault for mentioning skylar middle year book, thats what triggered him

no one is saying his trauma excuses his actions but it definitely explains it and makes us understand his behavior more, just like it is with cirrus. he did a lot of shit and it's not excusable in any way but his trauma makes us understand the roots of his actions more. they're both flawed, traumatized teenagers that still need to learn how to deal with their problems
