So who will he end up with? The Childhood friend or the Redhead? Or is it his Master?

I've just finished this like 3 mins ago and it still doesn't exactly reveal who his girl is going to be, but there are hints for many different women and I think it was discontinued because mangago stopped posting this in June of 24 so that sucks.
