I agree they’re wrong. I think there actually is progress it’s just that this isn’t a sex focused comic. If you look purely at their relationships and personality there is lots of development.
For example compare Mo before to now. He was so mean and closed off. Now it’s clear he likes his new friends even if he acts grumpy. Look at He Tian too. He was rough and cruel to Mo. He’s still kind of pushy but he is a bit more gentle now.
Jian Yi didn’t change much but I think he’s meant to be the ball of sunshine and glue that holds the four of them together. He’s a bit more brave in expressing his feelings to Zhan at least. Zhan was kind of prickly with Jian Yi before but slowly he becomes more warm and caring with him.
Ppl who complain about no progress in the couples don’t appreciate true art y’all only read smut and don’t understands more complicated story’s if you’ve been here for years you really understand this story!!!! And how amazing it is
